Limited Liability:

• In no event will we be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

 

Content Access:

• We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your access to the content purchased will be error-free or uninterrupted, or guarantee to amend any mistakes. We retain the right to upload newer content as required from time to time without any notice to you

• We are giving lifetime access to the content purchased, but in no way guarantee lifetime access to the content as i) we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons ii) subject to the availability of the platform chosen for this particular content distribution

• We do not guarantee recordings will be conducted or made available for any of the live sessions, whether through online or physical mediums. We reserve the right to record and/or release only parts of the sessions and be sent for viewing within a stated time frame, to the discretion of byjoeecheong.

 

Payment. Price & Products:

• All sales are final and no return or refund will be issued for any purchase of our products, services & contents

• We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and products and certain courses/products are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to an item will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). 

 

Intellectual Property:

• All designs, images, voices, content belongs to us (“byjoeecheong & Joee Cheong Creative Studio”). By purchasing to the course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a representative from byjoeecheong

 

Updates to Term:

• From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and byjoeecheong reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time.
